After staying in Thao Dien for the last six months I have finally been able to limit down my favourite, most reasonably priced food spots. For those of you who are not aware of what or where Thao Dien is? It is best described as an expat neighbourhood, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 4. Lubu- This Mediterranean style restaurant and tapas bar will make one feel as though they have been transported to Europe. Lubu features minimalistic style decor, a sun deck and daily specials making it a local favourite hangout spot. Be sure to check it out during the week for the set lunch, on Fridays after 6pm for half price tapas or on the weekend for a free Bloody Mary with your breakfast order.
